What We Know About The Second Half Of "Phineas And Ferb" Season Five So Far

     Today, the first half of the fifth season of "Phineas And Ferb" wrapped up this morning at 9 Eastern Standard Time with the Disney XD premieres of "No Slumber Party" and "The Ballard Of Bubba Doof". (The episodes previously were released on Disney + on June 6.)   With that being said, here is what we know so far about the second half of Season Five.


1. Fans won't have to wait too long for the second half of Season Five to premiere. In fact, we will only have to wait a week, with "Attack Of The Candace Suit" (a sequel to this season's "The Candace Suit") and "Book Flub" set to premiere next Saturday, July 19.  

2. There will also be new episodes premiering on July 26 ("The Bad Old Days" and "Mantis Fact") and August 2 ("The Nightmare-Inator" and "Doof In Retrograde.")


3. Summaries for the July 19 and 26 premieres have been released by Disney.


"Attack Of The Candace Suit"

Buford's Candace Suit comes to life and tries to take over the real Candace's life


"Book Flub"

Candace ignores her brothers in order to help her Mom with a bust of her own.


"The Bad Old Days"

Vanessa and Doof travel to Drusselstein while the boys dig for Mom's lost wedding ring.


"Mantis Fact"

The kids build a bird mansion for a rare macaw while Doof deals with giant praying mantises.

Addressing Hallmark Channel's "Blind" Spot

 Yesterday, it was announced that Sarah Drew ("Christmas In Vienna", "One Summer") would be portraying the titular character in an upcoming Hallmark Movies & Mysteries film "Guiding Emily". The movie, which is set to premiere on Friday September 8 at 9/8 Central, revolves around the titular Emily, who becomes blind following a rock-climbing accident. While Hallmark Channel has made tremendous strides when it comes to representation in the disabled community (For example, "The Christmas Bow" features a disabled character named Tess, played by real life Charcot-Marie-Tooth patient Joy Perry, and movies like "Our Christmas Journey" and "Color My World With Love" feature autistic actors and actors with Down Syndrome in prominent roles), one area that the network is still lagging behind in when it comes to authentic representation in the disabled community is blind or visually impaired actors. "The Way Home"-Jacob's disappearance and the Stable Time Loop Theory

       Hello. First, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Wesley Eversole. I have been an avid watcher of Hallmark Channel for about four years now and have watched almost all of their series, including their most recent series, "The Way Home", which premiered on January 15. If you are not familiar with the series, let me give you a basic rundown on the premise.     The series basically revolves around the main  character, Alice Dhawan (played by Sadie Laflamme-Snow) discovering that she has the ability to travel through time and jumping into a pond out in the woods behind her maternal grandmother, Del Landry's (Andie McDowell) family farm. Who Is Casey Goodwin?

     Author's Note: The character of Casey Goodwin in "The Way Home" was introduced as a non-binary character on the show. Out of respect for both the character and their actress, this article will refer to Casey using the terms "They/Them". During Season Two of "The Way Home", viewers were introduced to Casey Goodwin (Vaughan Murrae), who claimed to be the grandchild of the recently deceased Evelyn Goodwin (Susan Hamann). While the season two finale hinted that Casey was not who they claimed to be when it was revealed that they were wearing a ring identical to the ring that Kat (Chyler Leigh) gave to Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow), last night's episode (titled "I'll Have To Say I Love You In A Song") raised more questions about Casey's identity. Could a new "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" movie be coming soon?

       POSTables might not have to wait too long for news about the next movie in the "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" series.  The most recent issue of "Production Weekly", published yesterday March 7, lists "Signed Sealed Delivered Movie 12" as one of 160 productions. The news has already caught the attention of "Deliver Me A Podcast", the official podcast for "Signed, Sealed, Delivered", who posted it on their Instagram page and stories yesterday. While there has not been any official word from Hallmark Media about a new "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" film, this has to be promising for POSTables who have patiently waited for news on whether or not the series will be continued.     The most recent film in the series, "The Vows We Have Made", premiered on Hallmark Movies And Mysteries (now Hallmark Mystery) on October 17, 2021.   Hallmark Mystery (formerly Hallmark Movies And Mysteries) has released the premiere date for the newest film in the "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" franchise. Titled "Signed, Sealed, Delivered: A Tale Of Three Letters", the movie will premiere at 9 pm EDT (8 PM CDT) on Friday July 12 on Hallmark Mystery.
