The Essential "Phineas And Ferb" Episodes-Season Two
Yesterday, I listed what I consider to be the essential episodes from the first season of "Phineas And Ferb". Today, I will be listing my essential episodes for Season Two.

The Lake Nose Monster
The season two premiere sees the Flynn-Fletchers travel to Lake Nose, where Candace will be working with Jeremy as a lifeguard. There, the boys attempt to discover the titular Lake Nose Monster. Marks the first appearance of Captain Bob Webber, who (spoiler alert) later becomes the kids' uncle.
Interview With A Platypus
Phineas and Ferb build an animal translator so they can try to figure out what Perry is saying.
Tip Of The Day
Phineas, Ferb and their friends put together a benefit concert to raise awareness of the aglet. Features another of the show's all time greatest song, "A-G-L-E-T".
Attack Of The 50 Foot Sister
Candace accidentally grows 50 feet tall after pouring growth elixir on herself. Has a body positivity message that is still relevant sixteen years after it first aired.
Elementary My Dear Stacy
This sequel to Season One's "A Hard Day's Knight" sees Candace and Stacy emulating Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson as they attempt to bust Phineas and Ferb in London.
Don't Even Blink
Phineas and Ferb attempt to figure out where their Big Ideas go to every day.
Chez Platypus
Phineas and Ferb open up a trendy platypus-themed restaurant, where Dr. Doofenshmirtz just happens to be taking his latest date. Meanwhile, Candace and Jeremy have trouble getting into the restaurant.
Perry Lays An Egg
Phineas and Ferb mistakenly believe that Perry has laid an egg after finding one sitting under him. Candace attempts to show them how to take care of an egg. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz attempts to insult a whale that ran away with another ex-girlfriend.
The Chronicles Of Meap
When Phineas and Ferb discover that an alien spaceship has crash-landed in their backyard, they decided to help the alien inside, the titular Meap, reunited with who they think is his father, not realizing that the alien in question is actually an intergalactic poacher named Mitch. ("But some people call him Big Mitch") Followed by a sequel in Season Three titled "Meapless In Seattle", which will be followed by in Season Five by another episode titled "Meap Me In St. Louis".
Thaddeus And Thor
The Flynn-Fletcher kids compete with the titular Thaddeus and Thor and their older sister Mandy to see who can build the best fort. Series writer and storyboard artist Aliki Theofilopoulos guest stars as Mandy.
Oh, There You Are Perry
When Perry is assigned to a new host family after Dr. Doofenshmirtz is downgraded to a minor threat, Phineas and Ferb attempt to locate him.
Phineas And Ferb Musical Cliptastic Countdown
Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Major Monogram help count down the Top Ten songs from the first season of Phineas and Ferb.
Phineas and Ferb's Quantum Boogaloo
Phineas and Ferb use the museum's time machine (first seen in Season One's "It About Time") to travel into the future to retrieve a wood and metal fusing tool, but future Candace decides to take the time machine back to the present and bust them for building the rollercoaster back at the beginning of the series, resulting in an altered future with Dr. Doofenshmirtz as supreme leader.
Hide And Seek
Phineas, Ferb and their friends shrink themselves in order to play hide and seek. Marks the first major appearance of Irving, who had two previous cameo appearances in "Raging Bully" and "Phineas And Ferb Musical Cliptastic Countdown".
That Sinking Feeling
Phneas and Ferb help create a romantic boat ride for Baljeet and his childhood friend Mishti.
The Baljeetles
Phineas and Ferb help Baljeet put together a rock band for the Summer Rocks camp.
Vanessassary Roughness
Vanessa decides to help her dad retrieve a rare element in order to prove that she's mature enough to have her own car.
No More Bunny Business
Candace adopts a pet rabbit that, unbeknownst to her, is actually a rogue agent named Dennis that Perry has been assigned to capture. Followed by a sequel in Season Four titled "The Return Of The Rogue Rabbit".
Bubble Boys/Isabella And The Temple Of Sap
The second episode featuring two interconnecting stories. In the first, Phineas, Ferb and their friends decide to build a giant bubble and float around in it. In the second, Isabella and the other Fireside Girls retrieve the ingredients needed to build the bubble.
The Bully Code
Buford decides to become Baljeet's slave after the latter saves him from choking on a Slushy Dog.
Finding Mary MacGuffin
Candace hires Phineas and Ferb to track down her Mary MacGuffin doll after it is accidentally sold at the family garage sale to Dr. Doofenshmirtz, who bought it for his daughter.
What Do It Do?
When one of Dr. Doofenshmirtz' inventions crash-lands into the Flynn-Fletcher backyard, Phineas, Ferb and their friends try to figure out what the mysterious object does.
I Was A Middle-Aged Robot
When Lawrence Fletcher accidentally has his memory erased after discovering Perry's secret lair, the latter must pilot a robotic duplicate of the former until his memory can be restored.
Suddenly Suzy
When Candace is stuck babysitting Jeremy's little sister Suzy, the latter attempts to teach the former how to get her brothers to bust themselves.
Phineas And Ferb Christmas Vacation
When Dr. Doofenshmirtz' latest invention causes the entire city of Danville to be branded naughty by Santa, Phineas, Ferb and their friends must convince him to change his mind before it's too late.
Undercover Carl
When Carl the Intern mistakenly believes that Phineas and Ferb have teamed up with Doofenshmirtz, he goes undercover to try and figure out what they're up to.
Candace's Big Daya
Candace is tasked with the role of bridesmaid for her Aunt Tiana's wedding to Captain Bob Webber (from "The Lake Nose Monster').
Wizard Of Odd
The boys' latest invention causes Candace to be knocked out and dream she's in a world just like Dorothy in "The Wizard Of Oz". During the dream, Candace attempts to find the wizard so she can bust her brothers once and for all.
The Beak
Phineas and Ferb accidentally become superheroes after using their latest invention to save a kitty from a tree. Meanwhile, the arrival of a new supervillain causes mayor Roger Doofenshmirtz to trick his brother into taking over for a while until the supervillain can be defeated.
Not Phineas And Ferb
When Phineas and Ferb are away at a Space Adventure movie marathon with their dad, Irving ask Baljeet and Bufored to impersonate them in order to impress his older brother Albert, who makes his first appearance in this episode.
Phineas And Ferb Busters
Candace recruits Stacy and Jenny to help bust her brothers.
The Lizard Whisperer
Phineas and Ferb adopt a pet chameleon named Steve, but Dr. Doofenshmirtz' latest invention causes it to become giant.
The Doof Side Of The Moon
Phineas and Ferb attempt to construct the world's tallest building. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz attempts to rotate the moon under the mistaken belief that doing so will cause the dark side of the moon to face Earth instead.
cShe's The Mayor
When Candace is named mayor for the day after winning an essay contest, she attempt to use her temporary position of power to bust her brothers for building a pioneer village.
The Lemonade Stand
Candace has a falling out with Stacy after the latter accuses her of caring more about busting her brothers than spending time with her. Now Candace must choose between busting her brothers' lemonade stand and her best friend.
We Call It Maze
When Isabella is tasked with watching a future Fireside Girl named Melissa, Phineas and Ferb decide to build a maze.
Ladies and Gentlemen, Meet Max Modem
When Linda is asked to revive her former 1980's pop persona "Lindana" for a series of concerts, Lawrence decides to adapt a musician persona of his own.
Nerds Of A Feather
Phineas and Ferb accidentally find themselves on opposite sides of a fandom war at a convention. Meanwhile, Candace attempts to conceal her love for a popular children's series called "Ducky Momo" and Doofenshmirtz takes a television executive hostage in order to pitch a series called "Doof 'n' Puss". Features Seth McFarland ("Family Guy", "American Dad", "The Cleveland Show") as Jeff McGarland. Fun fact-series co-creator Dan Povenmire worked on "Family Guy" during Seasons Two through Five.
Phineas and Ferb Hawaiian Vacation
The Flynn-Fletchers go to Hawaii after Perry discovers that Dr. Doofenshmirtz' latest scheme revolves around the island.
Split Personality
When Phineas and Ferb's Molecular Separator accidentally creates two different versions of Candace, one obsessed with Jeremy and the other one obsessed with busting her brothers, they must find a way to put the two Candaces back together before their mom finds out.
Brain Drain
Phineas and Ferb decide to stay in bed and play video games with their friend after getting sick. Meanwhile, Doofenshmirtz used a mind-control helmet on Perry the Platypus.
Make Play
Candace decides to switch places for the day with Drusselstein princess Baldegunde after the latter arrives in Danville for the unveiling of the city's new opera house. While Candace spends the day being treated like royalty, Baldegunde helps Phineas and Ferb construct a giant jukebox.
Candace Gets Busted
Candace is put in charge after her parents go out for the night but a series of misunderstandings leads to her accidentally throwing a wild party and (spoiler alert) getting busted.
Summer Belongs To You
In what is considered by many to be the best episode in series history, Phineas, Ferb and their friends attempt to circumnavigate the globe by sunset of the summer solstice. Meanwhile, Doofenshmirtz asks Perry and Major Monogram to help look for his daughter Vanessa after the two become separated in Tokyo. The first hour long episode of the series.
Rollercoaster The Musical
Phineas and Ferb decide to re-create the events from the very first episode of the series as a musical. Features Kenny Ortega ("Hocus Pocus", "High School Musical") as himself.
