     Author's Note: The character of Casey Goodwin in "The Way Home" was introduced as a non-binary character on the show. Out of respect for both the character and their actress, this article will refer to Casey using the terms "They/Them". During Season Two of "The Way Home", viewers were introduced to Casey Goodwin (Vaughan Murrae), who claimed to be the grandchild of the recently deceased Evelyn Goodwin (Susan Hamann). While the season two finale hinted that Casey was not who they claimed to be when it was revealed that they were wearing a ring identical to the ring that Kat (Chyler Leigh) gave to Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow), last night's episode (titled "I'll Have To Say I Love You In A Song") raised more questions about Casey's identity.       Hallmark Channel has released a sneak peek for the next episode of its hit original series, "The Way Home". Titled "The Way We Were", the episode is scheduled to premiere next Friday January 10 at 9 PM Eastern Standard Time.     The  sneak peek can be seen below.

       Tonight, Hallmark Channel aired the Season Three premiere of its hit series, "The Way Home". The season premiere, titled "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet" saw Kat's long lost brother Jacob finally return home after spending the last twenty-four years growing up in the 18th and 19th centuries. Other developments included Alice spending nine months in Minneapolis with her father, Brady, and Elliot asking Kat to move in with him.      Below are my thoughts I had on the premiere while live tweeting.
