Should Anna Delvey Be Allowed To Compete On "Dancing With The Stars"?

     Today, ABC unveiled the list of celebrities who would be competing on the upcoming thirty-third season of "Dancing With The Stars". Of the thirteen celebrities who will be competing this season, arguably the most controversial contestant is Anna Delvey. Delvey, who was born Anna Sorokin, was convicted in 2019 of grand larceny in the second degree, attempted grand larceny and theft of services, among other charges. She was sentenced to serve between four and twelve years in state prison, fined $24,000 and ordered to pay $199,000 in restitution. After serving less than two years of her sentence, she was paroled in February 2021. In March 2021, Delvey was arrested for overstaying her visa and was held in a New Jersey county jail to await a possible deportation to Germany. She was granted a $100,000 bail bond in October 2022 and ordered to remain on house arrest. 

    Despite all of the above, however, Anna Delvey has been granted permission from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to travel to Los Angeles to compete on the show. As part of her deal, Delvey will be required to keep her ankle monitor on at all times. 

    This leads me to my question. Given the above facts, should Anna Delvey be allowed to compete on "Dancing With The Stars" this season? While I am a huge believer in forgiving people, it should be pointed out that Anna Delvey has never apologized for her actions, even being quoted in an interview prior to her sentencing as saying "I'd be lying to you and to everyone else and to myself if I said I was sorry for anything."

Addressing Hallmark Channel's "Blind" Spot

 Yesterday, it was announced that Sarah Drew ("Christmas In Vienna", "One Summer") would be portraying the titular character in an upcoming Hallmark Movies & Mysteries film "Guiding Emily". The movie, which is set to premiere on Friday September 8 at 9/8 Central, revolves around the titular Emily, who becomes blind following a rock-climbing accident. "The Way Home"-Jacob's disappearance and the Stable Time Loop Theory

I have been an avid watcher of Hallmark Channel for about four years now and have watched almost all of their series, including their most recent series, "The Way Home", which premiered on January 15. Could a new "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" movie be coming soon?

       POSTables might not have to wait too long for news about the next movie in the "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" series.  The most recent issue of "Production Weekly", published yesterday March 7, lists "Signed Sealed Delivered Movie 12" as one of 160 productions. The news has already caught the attention of "Deliver Me A Podcast", the official podcast for "Signed, Sealed, Delivered", who posted it on their Instagram page and stories yesterday. While there has not been any official word from Hallmark Media about a new "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" film, this has to be promising for POSTables who have patiently waited for news on whether or not the series will be continued.     The most recent film in the series, "The Vows We Have Made", premiered on Hallmark Movies And Mysteries (now Hallmark Mystery) on October 17, 2021. Hallmark Mystery Reveals Premiere Date For New "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" Film

  Hallmark Mystery (formerly Hallmark Movies And Mysteries) has released the premiere date for the newest film in the "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" franchise. Titled "Signed, Sealed, Delivered: A Tale Of Three Letters", the movie will premiere at 9 pm EDT (8 PM CDT) on Friday July 12 on Hallmark Mystery. "Phineas And Ferb" Season 5 Episode Titles Revealed

 Today, several titles from the upcoming fifth season of the hit Disney Channel animated series "Phineas And Ferb" were revealed. Disney first announced that they were reviving the series for two new seasons back in January, but today marks the first time that any of the episode titles have been revealed. Review-"Little Town"

       On Saturday June 17, 2023, I had the privilege of attending a screening of "Little Town", an independent film directed by Dani Menkin and starring Jason Paul Field, Crystal St. John and Grant Stevens. The movie follows Jason ( Field), his son Tommy (Stevens) and their new friend Lauren (St. John) as they make the journey to the titular location of Little Town.     When the movie begins, Jason is an aspiring stand-up comic who has been living alone with his son Tommy ever since his wife passed away an  unspecified time ago.
